An invitation, and a subsequent council
An inaugural meeting of Perths kindred, at the invitation of the mysterious John Forrest ( former premier, explorer, and apparently current commander of fire elementals). Ventrue Sebastian takes charge and urges the formation of a Council of Elders to be formed of the elders of each clan.
